The DAZER 2 hand held ultrasonic dog deterrent is useful for anyone wanting to avoid contact with aggressive dogs.

It is a humane alternative to chemical sprays, physical force and other deterrent methodes. Using the latest ultrasonic technology, the DAZER 2 creates an uncomfortable but not harmful, high powered sound audible to dogs, but not to humans.

A simple 1 to 2 second activation startles the dog, instinctively deterring its approach from as far as 20 feet. Use the DAZER 2 to protect yourself and your property making outdoor activities safer and more enjoyable.

Please note that the DAZER 2 will function only against aggressive dogs! It will not work on dogs, that are not aggressive of you or know you, e.g. your own dog or the dog of your neighbour.
So you can not use it to stop you neighbours dog from barking - it is only useable against dogs that try to attack you!

The red LED is more than just a battery level indicator, it is a true diagnostic indicator for the DAZER 2. If the red light comes on the unit is performing to specification. If it blinks or goes out quickly when the button is depressed then it is not working correctly.
