With the replacement cartridge “FURIE CS-Cartridge 40” you can replace the opened or expired irritant of your FURIE irritant gas module or equip your system with an INERT cartridge - without active ingredient - for test purposes.
You will always receive an up-to-date replacement cartridge with a shelf life of at least 24 months from us. You should always replace the cartridge after triggering the FURIE irritant gas module to ensure 100% performance of your system.
What is CS gas?
CS gas is also better known as “tear gas” or “KO spray” and, unlike pepper spray, may be used against people in Germany. CS gas is a purely chemical irritant whose main component is 2-chlorobenzylidenemalonic acid dinitrile. The designation “CS” stands for its two discoverers “Corson” and “Stoughton”.
What is INERT gas?
This is a spray without the CS active ingredient, but with all the other components. Ideal for testing how it works, as well as for teaching purposes at seminars or in training.
This training spray can be used, for example, to test range, effective radius and spray distribution in the room.

Do not spray on an open flame or other ignition source. Do not pierce or burn, even after use. Protect from sunlight. Do not expose to temperatures exceeding 50°C/122°F. Causes serious eye irritation. IF IN EYES: Rinse cautiously with water for several minutes. Remove contact lenses, if present and easy to do. Continue rinsing.
