The proven PRODEF ® Level-5 protective fabric has been used exclusively in the palm of this glove. This prevents cuts when reaching into knives or glass and the glove still fits the hand perfectly.
For a better grip, the palm is equipped with grip-reinforcing applications - the trigger finger (index finger) has been left out so that there is a better sense of touch when using firearms.
The adjustable Velcro fastener allows the glove to fit even the strongest wrists without any problems.

We use HPPE fibres, which are UV-stable and do not absorb moisture compared to aramid fibres. This is particularly important in the glove sector, as sweat does not have a negative effect on the stability/cut resistance and you can leave the gloves out in the sun without having to fear a loss of protection.

What are HPPE cut protection fibres?
HPPE has 40 times the tensile strength of conventional aramid fibres (which are also used to make protective clothing). Compared to carbon or glass fibre, it is 60 times more tensile and 15 times more tensile than steel. Due to its UV stability, low ductility and high cut resistance, it offers ideal conditions for processing in protective articles. It is therefore used in the manufacture of helmets, protective shields/clothing and armour, among other things.

Level-5 - what is it?
To determine the cut resistance of a fabric, a razor blade is used to cut into the fabric. The more pressure that can be applied to the razor blade without damaging the fabric, the higher the cut resistance: a low cut resistance has a performance level of 1, the highest possible level is 5.
