High quality softshell jacket with level-5 cut-protection. Each jacket is handmade and meets the highest demands.
The jacket is breathable, both wind and water repellent and all zippers are sewn on the inside - so the jacket provides an excellent protection in any weather. The high-closing collar and a fleece insert in the neck area and at the porch band also help against wind and cold. In addition, the jacket has hidden wristbands with practical thumb holes. Also including compatible pockets, standdard bellowed duty pocktes with large side Access Hand warmer pockets.
On the left and the right side of the jacket are one side and two chest pockets and an additional pocket in the arm (all with zipper). Furthermore, there is one pocket on the back of the jacket with a 2-way zipper.
Through many additional hook-and-loop fasteners and zippers inside and outside of the jacket, it is easily possible to lay cables from microphones or headphones (e.g. radio transmitters or mobile phones), and always keep the jacket closed in use.
On the chest, arms and the back it is possible to attach additional equipment or signs on hook-and-loop fasteners (2 blank signs for the arm and 2 "Security" signs for the breast are part of the delivery).
Between the outer layer and lining the jacket is provided with a blend of HPPE cut resistant fibers, providing a high level of cut protection! Despite the level-5 strengthening the jacket is normal and very comfortable to wear.

What are HPPE cut resistant fibers?
HPPE is compared with conventional aramid fibers (which are also used for the manufacture of protective clothing) 40 times higher tensile strength. With respect to carbon fiber or glass fiber tensile strength 60 times and 15 times more tensile strength than steel. Due to its UV stability, low ductility and high cut resistance it offers ideal conditions for processing in protective articles. Therefore, it is used among others in the manufacture of helmets, shields / clothing and armor.
Level-5 – what is that?
To determine the cut resistance of a fabric, a razor blade is used to cut into the material. The more pressure can be applied to the razor blade without damaging the fabric, the higher the cut resistance: a small cut resistance has a level of 1, the highest possible level is 5.
