The ergonomically shaped, sturdy polymer handle is rubberised at key grip points and offers a stable grip even in wet and cold conditions. There is a lanyard hole at the end of the handle so that the axe can also be stored safely hanging. The black-coated axe blade made from easy-to-sharpen 1045 carbon steel also has a hammer head at the rear end.
