For securing doors on the inside. If the distance between the magnet and the door alarm is interrupted by more than approx. 10 mm, an immediate alarm or a delayed alarm is triggered, depending on the setting. The magnet can be fitted on both sides and is therefore suitable for both right and left opening doors.
The immediate alarm is intended for when you are still in your home - you know immediately if someone gains unauthorised access to your home. The delayed alarm is used when you leave the home and is armed after a period of approx. 18 seconds. If the detector is not deactivated within approx. 12 seconds of the door being opened, a 90 dB alarm sounds.
The door alarm can be fitted using either the self-adhesive film supplied or the screws provided - a corresponding drilling template is also supplied.
