As already described in the product details, the Guardian Angel 3 is a non-refillable device, that can be disposed after shooting two times.
I wonder when the Pepperspray Dragon "RedCap" - 40 ml, Direct stream will come available?
Currently it is not possible to advertise a specific date - possibly by the begin of the next year. As soon as we have the sprays in stock again, we will reactivate them in our shop.
Is the JPX Jet Protector for Italy also in the colour "orange" available?
We only sell the German version of the JPX with the black grab handle.
How does one dispose of expired pepperspray in Germany? Is there a special area/procedure?
If the pepper spray is unused expired, it can be also use for training, please do not test it on people or animals. When the spray is being void, it will be recycled (Aluminium). In Germany it come in the yellow bag.
When will come your products back in stock ?

Does stun guns work on animals (dogs)?
Of curse it works. Please make sure that the stun gun have not so much power. 200.000 Volt it's enough for dogs.
DVD Tonfa by Alain Formaggio, I red it is in 4 languages playable. Does it means in france too?
As already written in our product description: "...This DVD is playable in the following languages: • French..." "...• DVD 9 - Picture size 4:3 - PAL - Stereo - DVD ALL ZONES..." So, yes - you can see the DVD in French on your DVD-Player in France.

In Germay we don't Need ID for CS or OC irritant. Please inform yourself about the law in your country. Make sure that the products you order are allowed there.After that place an order, you're welcome.
What is the expiry date on the batch you have in stock, does it have at least 2 years shelf life left? Some company send parcels with products like the one above in a way that do not require signature or id when picking up the parcel. Do you send like that to Sweden also? ...
The expiry date of the sprays we send are more then two years. We don't send packages without signature, it's important who have accepted the lot.
When will the PepperDust pistol "Walther P99 RAM" be back in stock?
The P99 is not available at the moment, because there are some faults in the production line since last year. According to our information it will be available again in the beginning of December 2015.
Is it legal to use "Reizgas" in a jewelry store aginst attackers?
Absolutely YES, in Germany.
In the pepper spray descriptions you only write about the Oleoresin Capsaicin (OC) %. But that doesn't say how hot/strong the pepper spray is. Can you please write the Scoville and most important the Major Capsaicinoids (MC).

I want to place a pepperspray in the glove box of my car. Can I keep the spray in my car during summer/winter without problems?
You have to consider the partial extreme temperatures inside a car. The spray may not work properly or not at all, if not stored correctly - it may even explode. The spray should be stored at temperatures not lower than -15 °F (ca. -25 °C) and not higher than +125 °F (ca. +50 °C).
What is the advantage of the stun gun 800.000 volt?

It is not rechargeable, only for one use after emptying the cartridge.

The new PepperBall-system has an effective range of 10 metres! This way it is possible to repel aggressive animals on a long range effectively. With this high quality pistol made of metal it is possible to shoot both PepperDust bullets and heavy rubberballs. It also comes with a high modern CO2-Blow-Back-System! The PepperDust bullet is a bullet filled with a strong pepper irritant and a diameter of ca. 10.9 mm. If the bullet hits its target, the bullet will burst and set the pepperpowder free - the effect is similar to a pepperspray. The heavy rubberballs can be used up to a reach of ca. 30 metres, the bullets filled with the pepperpowder will burst within a shooting distance of ca. 15 metres. With a 9-shot magazine, there is given sufficient defensive potential. The high quality manufacturing and the powerful optic of this very authentic pistol causes an impressive appearance. It is also used by police and military for training, where training with maximal realistic weapons with minimum risk matters. What is the expiry date for the article 10140?
The expiry date for the TW1000 Pepperspray, 400ml "Mega Professional" can be used for 3 years. In close periods of time new charges will automatically follow so that the mentioned expiry date will be continued in this way.
Does SDG offer a special laser-attachment for the JPX device?
No, because SDG generally does not offer them because of the german law statute. In Germany the JPX is only declared as an "animal-defence device".
Do you have a store in Varna (Bulgaria)?
No, SDG is located in Darmstadt, near Frankfurt/Main in Germany. The possibility exists to visit the retail-shop there, and to have a look at the wide ranging sortiment or to pick up articles via cash paying.
Stun guns are currently not allowed in Germany, so they can not get selled and purchased respectively in Germany, in this case only the way via dispatch is possible. For further information about the shipping modalities ofs SDG please have a look at the information "service & shipping costs", where the countries are listed to which it is possible to dispatch packages generally.

SDG does not offer smoke grenades but special PepperDust bullets available in the category "PepperDust": The PepperDust bullet is a bullet filled with a strong pepper irritant and a diameter of ca. 10.9 mm. If the bullet hits its target, the bullet will burst and set the pepperpowder free - the effect is similar to a pepperspray.
What is the shelf life of the Nock Out sprays?
Two to three years starting in the delivery year. We have constantly fresh productions running.
The Guardian Angel II has two plastic white capsules for protecting. Is it necessary to remove them first or do they come off when using?
No, the device is instantly ready-to-use, only the plastic clip in front of the release button has to be moved over. The two capsules filled with OC-irritant will automatically be fired separately after pressing the release button.
If the stun gun has been used one time, is it necessary to change the batteries to assure the further functioning?
Generally if the power of the batteries is lowered, the sparkle and the occuring sound, generated by pushing the release button, shows a reduced effect. Therefore we recommend to change the batteries after that occasion.
Based on the feedback of our customers we also recommend to use only the original "Energizer"-batteries and no rechargeable ones, because only these kind of batteries generate enough power for the start up of the offered devices.
Are telescopic batons legal in the UK?
Unfortunately it is not possible to give actual informations about the special laws in the countries regarding to the offered stun guns, because the law statutes constantly change. However it is taken for granted that customers inform themselves about special laws in their country.

Is the Jet Protector suitable to protect even smaller dogs?
Essentially yes. But there is still the possibility that the defended dog will be contaminated with a little amount of pepperspray too. Therefore we recommend to take with you an irritan-neutralisator spray.
How long is the preservability/durability and the application of the products at SDG?
For Defence sprays generally: 2-3 years durability. We have always the actual and newest charge of sprays. The stun guns are manufactured in a very high-quality, therefore studying the manual in detail can help avoiding premature wear.
Would the purchase/ importation of a Stun Gun require special licensing?
Unfortunately it is not possible to give actual information about the special laws in the countries regarding to stun guns It is the task of our customers to inform theirself about the laws in their country by contacting local authorities.
The Stun gun does not function, even batteries are used, what is the problem?
Important is at first to have a look at the used batteries. According to experience only „Energizer“-Batteries are efficient enough to actuate the offered stun guns. If there is no success with this procedure we recommend to call our customers service to discuss further steps.

Just received Scorpy200 "2 in 1" and my question is whether instead of teargas the product "X-marker" can be installed.
Sorry, but there is no available fitting X-marker cartidge for the Scorpy.
Is it possible to get a refill for the spray pencil (No.12170) ?
This is a one-way product. If you spray for some seconds it´s empty.
Which poisonous category have the pepperspray and pepperfoam?
All peppersprays from our assortment have the poisonous category 3 of the EU text of law R36,R37 und R38.

Yes, in case of self-defence the Jet Protector may also be used against peoples!
How is the quality of the stun guns?

Are the Telescopic batons made with a predetermined breaking point?
No, because this would fail the useage of the baton.
May the tonfa be used against persons?
By a self-defence situation the tonfa may be used against persons.
Stun guns. Is there a control about the capacity of the batteries?
The batteries in your stun gun can be tested easily, as you activate the device for 1 second. With new and powerful batteries, the stun gun lighten and crackle several times per second. When the batteries in the device are used up or inefficient, the frequency noticeable lower to only one time per second. Then it is time to change the batteries. ATTENTION: Please use no rechargeable batteries. The capacity of the rechargeable batteries is not enough to operate a stun guns properly!
Can the nylon fixture for gloves also be fixed on a pistol-belt?
Yes, it is possible to fix it at a pistol-belt with a maximum belt width of 6.5 cm.
Are there also Paralyser with more than 150.000 volts?
The manufacturer ParaDef does not offer stronger paralysers world wide. If you understand under the name paralyser other terms like stun gun, TASER, paralyzer, please note that SDG offers other devices with a voltage up to 1.000.000 volts.
Is the Taser gun forbidden generally or only with gun licence?
All models from the company Taser Inc. are forbidden guns since 1. April 2008. That is not an april fool’s joke. Forbidden weapons may also not be carried with a gun licence.
Does the glove with glass sand filling protect the hand against needles?
No, the glove with glass sand filling has only the function to protect the back of the hand against heavy caning, e.g. by batons.
Is there a DVD about the EMS-light baton?
Currently we do not know if there are DVDs, which show the handling with EMS-light or other similar models.
Which diameter has the grip of the telescopic baton?
Ca. 28 mm. The hardened telescopic baton has an ergonomic formed grip with a different diameter – but it has also the maximum of 28 mm.
Is the tactial vest (prod.no. 70700) flexible in the size? And if so, how?
The tactical vest is flexible in the size by fixed hook-and-loop fasteners. Both chest measurement and shoulder are flexible to adjust the vest individually.
How big is the radius from the DAZER 2 - Ultrasonic deterrent?
The device still work in a distance of 7 m. In the process the Dazer 2 must be pointed at the animal and there may be no obstacles like trees or walls, which can be prevent the signal.
Are there stun guns with which you can shoot an electrical string?
Yes, the company named Taser Inc. selling those devices. Unfortunately the Taser gun is forbidden in Germany and can´t be purchased inside of Germany e.g. for pick-up. For foreign customers he is still available but without cartridges.
How long last the effect of of a defence-spray?
For CS-spray (teargas) and OC-spray (pepperspray) applies the same: minimum 15 till 30 minutes full effect and after ca. 30 till 75 minutes abate the effect.
Have a CS-spray adverse effects?
Yes. Among others headache, dizziness, breathlessness, cutaneous reaction like erythema. These are only the adverse effects – unlistet are the known effect from the CS-spray.
May a CS-spray also be used against persons under 14 years?
Yes, of course. In case of self-defence all defence sprays may be used against every attacker. It does not matter how old the attacker is.
Does the pepperspray (OC) work against animals, for example cats or dogs?
Pepperspray is very suitable for the defence against any kind of dangerous animals. Whether dogs, cats, bears or in self-defence situations against peoples – the pepperspray has an immediate effect on eyes and mucous membranes.
How long is pepperspay durable?
All our sprays are datestamped with the expiry date. The expiry date is between 24 till 36 month and go by the active agent and blowing agent. All our sprays which you receive are about the newest and actual charge – normally not older than two month.
Is the effect of the PepperDust similar to Pepperball?
Both systems are based on the same principle. The effect is not so different.
Is it possible to use pepperspray also for defending the own dog?
The own dog is also “protected“ by the self-defence law and may therefrore be defended. This information regards only to the current German law.
